If the Online Balance Quicken obtains from the financial institution is unreliable, I suggest you reconcile using a statement obtained from the financial institution: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E, select the Online Services tab, uncheck Reconcile using online balance, select OK, and press Ctrl + R1

I assume you deactivated all of your accounts and added them back. They should link back up. FYI, I had no transactions downloading from Truist since the end of January and had to do that again today.0
