Multiple Capital One Logins

I have two different logins for Capital One accounts that I have. I was able to add my Capital One accounts with one of my logins, but I can't figure out how to add the accounts that use the other login. When I try to add the other accounts it just shows me the accounts I already linked. Does anyone know a workaround to this? Thanks :)

When you create the second set of account(s), Quicken should be asking you for a username & password. You are using the username & password for the second account, correct?
-splasher using Q continuously since 1996

I'm having the same problem. I can get one Capital One Service Login (COSL) and the Credit Card account associated with that one just fine. Make sure you don't click the "remember me" when signing in. Restart Quicken or else it will keep signing you into the first account.
Trying to do the second COSL will now allow you to access and authorize the account - except it appears to me the error is it tries to keep both accounts into the first (COSL) instead of creating a second one. Quicken errors out trying to authorize the second account......0 -
Restarting Quicken did the trick. Thanks for your reply!0
