Every time I attempt to connect to the PSERS website, I receive a message indicating that Quicken is encountering an error (it's not your fault) and then asks if I want to try again. Any ideas?

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the
Express Web Connect
connection method for Quicken. If you haven't already, I suggest you contact Quicken Support so that they'll alert Intuit's
Express Web Connect
scripting team to the issue:
