edited March 2022 in Budgeting and Planning Tools (Windows)
I recently transferred to a new laptop and the download and account updates work but not the planning tool, When I try to change assumptions or what if's I get this pop up see screenshot)?
There is a new bug in R38.29 that causes this.

Thank you for your comment -- I guess a fix will be forthcoming.
Lifetime Planner still works on the old laptop -- What's interesting is I checked the Quicken release/build on the old laptop and it's the same as on the new.1
It's still not working -- how can I escalate this?1

I have same issue and waiting for new release0
This problem had gone away but it has recently resurfaced -- whats up??0
They say there's a level 2 ticket that's been open for a while. I keep calling on it for status - Ref 9267553. I need this functionality back desperately. I worked with QW to uninstall, Mondo patch etc yet do not resolve.0
I had this issue earlier this year and then it started working as it's supposed to. But all of a sudden it no longer works. Not sure what the issue i,!0
Rocket J Squirrel SuperUser ✭✭✭✭✭This is fixed in R39.23. Close Quicken, delete the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache, and then update to R39.23.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.1
THANK YOU Rocket! I was on r39.23. Deleted the cache and it works now!!!2
