Life time planning -- how to change assumptions

I recently transferred to a new laptop and the download and account updates work but not the planning tool, When I try to change assumptions or what if's I get this pop up see screenshot)?

There is a new bug in R38.29 that causes this.

Lifetime Planner still works on the old laptop -- What's interesting is I checked the Quicken release/build on the old laptop and it's the same as on the new.1 -

They say there's a level 2 ticket that's been open for a while. I keep calling on it for status - Ref 9267553. I need this functionality back desperately. I worked with QW to uninstall, Mondo patch etc yet do not resolve.0

I had this issue earlier this year and then it started working as it's supposed to. But all of a sudden it no longer works. Not sure what the issue i,!0

This is fixed in R39.23. Close Quicken, delete the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache, and then update to R39.23.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.
