Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what error codes or messages are you receiving? What connection method are you using? How long has this issue been occurring?
To check the connection method being used select the account in question then Setting >Dwonloads.

In @Quicken Paloma's questions, Connection method is particularly significant. USB's implementation of Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect has ALWAYS been flaky.That's why I consider it to be money well spent to pay USB $3.95/month to download all of my USB accounts via Direct Connect.
