What is your opinion that only new users have rights to promotional rates and not those have automatic annual updates and many ot us have been users for more 25 years?

Very few companies try to lure new customers to buy their product by charging them more than their current customers.  If they can do that, they must have the holy grail of products that a customer can not exist without it and if so, why offer a discount to anyone?  To offer all of their customers the same price break would just be lowering their overall price and who ever heard of a company doing that?

You would need to create a new Quicken ID to get the reduced price.

You do realize that you are only interacting with other users of Quicken.
We can't offer you a deal.
All we can do is suggest options.
I can't say that I have ever heard of Quicken giving someone a special price just because they asked nicely.
