Has anyone had their custom Categories disappear?

I had custom Categories added to the Entertainment expense section and yesterday, after a cloud sync, they were gone. The transactions assigned to these categories immediately showed up as Uncategorized. An enormous PITA to correct this. Any others this happen to?

    All I can say is that sync Mobile/Web has been implicated in all kinds of problems like this.

    As such I would restore from a backup, and try without it.

    Thanks Chris. As a new user of Quicken, my data history is fairly shallow so I was able to correct the matter manually by recreating the seven categories lost and recategorizing the orphaned transactions. Very troubling experience to have my customer data damaged. Seriously flawed product if data damage occurs to others. Once again, thanks for your insight.
