Did I discover a bug in the quicken software? [Service Provider Change ...]

Attached is an image that I get frequently if I try to add accounts.

Is anyone else having this issue or just me?

I forgot to mention once this dialog box pops up. Game over. You're stuck. The only way to get out of it is to force the task to stop in task manager.
