Thank you again fellow quicken users got that. Another item I"m struggling with is How do I manually enter cost basis? I tried reading an answer and it turned out to be an argument and an administrator closed it.-1

The cost basis isn't a number you usually type in. The cost basis is determined by the transactions. For instances you have a buy of $100 then your cost basis at that point is $100.
About the only place that you would type in the cost basis is when using the "Add - Shares Added".
This is used when one doesn't have the full history and just wants to enter the number of shares and the cost basis.
