Getting an error message since Suntrust transitioned to Truist

Quicken is unable to complete your request [OL-221-A]
At the bottom of the message is says OL-221-B
At the bottom of the message is says OL-221-B

If you have not already done so, you might want to read the recently posted Alert: NEW 2/23/22 Truist Bank - Missing Direct Connect Option.OL-221-A/-B are Direct Connect error codes so perhaps this Alert is applicable to you.Also, these error codes can sometimes occur when a VPN is being used. If you have a VPN turned on you might want to try disabling it and then trying to connect to Truist.(QW Premier Subscription: R47.15 on Windows 11)1

Quicken has announced that the Truist Direct Connect issue has been resolved and is now capable of DC Billpay. Be sure to select Truist Online Banking when setting up the account in Quicken.: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7909138/resolved-3-16-22-truist-bank-missing-direct-connect-option#latest.
