Discover Bank - Bank Bill Pay

Question

Does Discover Bank support "Bank Bill Pay" via Direct Connect?  If it does, how is this feature enabled?

It does show that Direct Connect (DIRECT) is available but it does not say PAYMENT anywhere so it does not appear that Discover Bank supports Bank Bill Pay.
However,
 if you have Direct Connect set up for Discover Bank you can double check by 
going to the Online Services tab of Account Details.  At the bottom of 
that tab if you see Bank Bill Pay (not to be confused with Quicken Bill Manager) beneath Online bill payment listed as an option then you can try to set it up by clicking on the "Action" column link.  If it is not shown then Bank Bill Pay is not supported.
