Can't delete/void transactions in Quicken 2017 register

We experienced a few weird situations with Quicken 2017.
1. We can't delete/void transactions in Quicken 2017 register, which were added automatically (we do not know how they come up in the register).
2. Once we tried to delete/void transactions, we are stuck in the program and we could not move to other operations.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Normally, when we attempt to delete or void a transaction, a confirmation window appears.  If your not seeing this window, it may be active but off screen.  If so, enter Y to confirm or N to decline.

    If you're using multiple displays, I suggest you open Quicken on the display you have set to be the main display.
