Unable to Update Target National Bank (Target Red Card) [Edited]

I keep getting an error when attempting to update my Target Red Card account. This has been going for several days. I can login through the website.

This has stopped working for me as well. Before Quicken said that Target was no longer supported and then it started working again. Now it's not yet again.
