Copying transactions from one data file to another doesn't work.

Tried following the process outlined here:
https://www.quicken.com/support/move-transactions-between-quicken-accounts
There is nothing on the clipboard when I switch to the other data file. It's like Quicken is clearing it when the first data file is closed and the second opened. Is there a trick or is this yet another bug?

https://www.quicken.com/support/move-transactions-between-quicken-accountsjust tried it - and it worked - going across from one QDF file to another -I am guessing that the to/from accounts have to be similar - like both are checking, etc -
I tried going from Checking to Investment - and the "Paste" was not avail -
so created an offline Test Checking - and it worked.
