Check Pay crashes

My account is verified but when I go to enter a payee Quicken crashes. I get a crash report that says "We're sorry Quicken unexpectedly quit the last time it was run" Then I send the error report and the program closes. I have yet to hear from Intuit after sending the error report 4 times.
You should not expect to hear from Intuit. Intuit sold Quicken almost 6 years ago.
You should not expect to hear from Quicken either but you may contact Quicken Support: select Help > Contact Quicken Support
