Password changes in Fidelity

I have 2 different accounts within Fidelity. I changed the password and it works when I update for new tranactions for 1 account;but it will not let me update for the other account. I thought that since Fidelity has only one password that it should work for both accounts

    Please describe what you mean by: it will not let me update for the other account.

    Is this an account that you were able to update before you changed the password?

    Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used for both accounts: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab
