Duplicate username used on Quicken Community

Someone posted using my name at 5:32am (PST) today about issues downloading BofA web connect.    This was definitely not me.   How can this happen?   Are their two people who are both "@Robert" or was my account hacked?    I tried to find the number for support but when I click on support, the site bombs. 

What gives???
