For the last week, my Spectrum online biller has failed with a "The biller's web site is not accessible." error message. I have tried deleting and readding the biller without success. I'm using Quicken HBR R38.30 on Windows 11. All other billers work fine.

Spectrum's website used to include cable, telephone and internet services.  Over the past month Spectrum Mobile services started to be integrated with it.  There have been some URL changes that they've tried to make fairly transparent to customers by automatically redirecting.  Maybe this has been affected by this merging but it's not so transparent?

I've had the same problem with Spectrum. It now does not give a "not accessible" error but it fails to find the current bill, even though the bill is available on the Spectrum.net website.

That's strange. I was able to download the current bill this morning. At times, I've had to unlink the biller from the reminder or delete the biller all together and recreate it.
