Cloud Sync from Quicken for Windows to Quicken Mobile Advanced Bills by One Period

I've been a long-time Quicken user and have the latest Windows version R29.23. I haven't used the cloud sync with the mobile app for a couple years because it has always caused problems of changing my desktop data. Today is no exception. I turned it on, synced my accounts and it messed up my bill reminders. Specifically, it advanced all reminders by one period (for example, reminders due monthly are now one month later; reminders due annual that were due this year in 2022 and now due for the first time in 2023, and so on). I returned them all one-by-one to their proper month or year, then synced again. The dates were then advanced by one period again!
