Let's say that as far as I know, nothing is inherently broken by running the Quicken 2015 application under Monterey. Quicken doesn't do any testing of old versions like this on new operating systems, so there are no guarantees… but I have not read any reports on this site about it not working correctly.
You're obviously using Quicken completely manually, so you're not affected by the recent change in banking connectivity which requires users of more recent versions of Quicken to update to the latest version. And you're missing out on seven years of improvements and enhancements to the program. But if it fully meets your needs, I believe it will continue to do so if you update your OS to Monterey.
