First Federal of Lakewood CC-508 error

First Federal of Lakewood hasn't been able to connect since March 5th. It is the CC-508 error saying "Wait. Your financial institution has a request."
Directly logging into the First Federal of Lakewood website works just fine and there is no pop-up or consent screen.
The on-screen troubleshooting instructions in Quicken do not work nor does trying to add a First Federal of Lakewood account.

Yes, I did the above troubleshooting and the error remains. I just tried it again. Same error message. "Wait. Your financial institution has a request CC-508." There are no requests or pop-ups after I login to the bank's website.0 -

The link with First Federal of Lakewood is still broken. Calling in or chatting with tech support will not resolve this as it isn't a problem with my local installation. The issue is the integration between Quicken and First Federal of Lakewood.0 -
