First Federal of Lakewood CC-508 error

First Federal of Lakewood hasn't been able to connect since March 5th. It is the CC-508 error saying "Wait. Your financial institution has a request."

Directly logging into the First Federal of Lakewood website works just fine and there is no pop-up or consent screen.

The on-screen troubleshooting instructions in Quicken do not work nor does trying to add a First Federal of Lakewood account.

I had already tried the steps in this article and just tried again - no improvement. There is no pop-up or request for additional information on First Federal of Lakewood's website.

Any updates? As of 3/21/2022 it is still not connecting to First Federal of Lakewood.

    Hello @jtawil777,

Thank you for your response, though I apologize that this error is still occurring for you.

Did you attempt these steps located in the support article that @Quicken Anja previously shared?

    If the issue persists

    1. Close Quicken.
    2. Clear Internet History & Cookies.
      1. Click the Start button and select Control Panel. In Windows 10, the Control Panel is located in the Windows System folder in the Start menu.
      2. Select Network and Internet > Internet Options.
      3. Click Delete.
      4. Make sure there is a check next to Temporary Internet Files. The other checkmarks are optional.
      5. Click Delete.
      6. Then click OK when done.
    3. Log into your financial institution's website and accept Cookies and any security measures, as requested by the site.
    4. Open Quicken and try your update again.
I look forward to hearing your response.

Yes, I did the above troubleshooting and the error remains. I just tried it again. Same error message. "Wait. Your financial institution has a request CC-508." There are no requests or pop-ups after I login to the bank's website.

The link with First Federal of Lakewood is still broken. Calling in or chatting with tech support will not resolve this as it isn't a problem with my local installation. The issue is the integration between Quicken and First Federal of Lakewood.

To clarify @Quicken Jasmine's reasoning behind contacting Quicken Support; If the issue persists after all the troubleshooting instructions in the article previously provided have failed, then you will need to contact Quicken Support. The reason is that our support agents will be required to collect and review your log files and be required to contact our Tier 2 team to file an escalation.

    Thank you!
