Why can't quicken find all of my 401k accounts in Fidelity Netbenefits?

My wife's company was recently bought by another. Both use Fidelity Netbenefits. When the balances were transferred from the old company to the new, Quicken can only find the old account.

Not all 401K plans support Quicken.  This is true with just about every company that manages 401K plans for employers.  Ask Fidelity NetBenefits if they know if your wife's new 401K Plan is authorized by the contract with the Plan Administrator for download into Quicken.
If it is then it might be that Fidelity NetBenefits has not yet completed setting up the account in their system for Quicken downloads.  Others have posted here that it sometimes takes them some time to get this completed.
If they don't know if the Plan authorizes them to download into Quicken, then your wife will need to ask the new company's 401K Plan Administrator if the plan permits download into Quicken.
