Individual transactions seem to be downloaded but not visible

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
When I download transactions from Chase or Amex (for manual acceptance), the individual transactions are not showing anywhere, although the red flag is shown in the account list and the "online balance" is updated. This happened yesterday for the first time. I've been using Quicken since the 1980's.

I spoke with Tech Support today and I downloaded and reinstalled the latest software version. That fixed this problem.0
