cancel and refund now.

How soon can you cancel and give me a refund? I've subscribed for many years. I'm fed up. The endless updates. The malfunctions.

The latest malfunction is -- can't connect my Capital One card b/c Cap One changed something on their end. Not my problem! But of course it IS my problem. This is dragging on for months!

And Quicken's solution is that I should keep reconnecting the account. But of course, it connects then disconnects.

There's no Quicken support. It's impossible. Maybe for $50 annual subscription you can't offer hands-on support. Fine. But I don't have time for this. I'm migrating to another platform.

Please cancel immediately and provide a refund. You product is not doing what I'm paying for it to do.
