Cannot Update Information in Lifetime Planner

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Some recent update broke the ability to update information in Lifetime Planner. If I click on "Change Assumptions" or "Explore What If's" I get the message below. If I hit "Refresh the page" I get the message "Can't reach this page. Make sure the web address http://qw.exe is correct." What?????
Why is it trying to navigate to a web page (which it thinks is the Quicken executable) in the first place? This entire operation should be local to my machine. SMH. Any way to fix this?

Never mind. I found my answer here:

The suggestion to delete the Cache folder worked. (I'm updated to R39.23)2
