Missing Category Selection Boxes in Gear Setup for Reports

My old post was closed, but here is the solution for me if anyone needs this for reference. The categories were visible, but the select and unselect boxes were not visible. I was running Win 7. As soon as I upgraded to Win 10 the glitches in reports went away/compatibility issue.
