Why am I getting this error

anyone know why im getting the following error when I truy to add my checking account? Error code: BID = 66085
VERY ANNOYING!!!!

The "error code" you posted is not in itself an error code. Rather, it is the
Bank ID
assigned to the financial institution that you are connecting to.
Usually when you see a BID = nnnnn, there will also be an error message (possibly several) elsewhere on the display. Look in the title bar, the top of the window, or in the "margins" in a plain text format.
It might be best if you post a screen shot of the entire error display. Instructions for posting screen shots can be found here:
