Why do my Fidelity accounts always show up with mismatching balances?

Since Fidelity bought Quicken, do you suppose they could at least get their interfaces with Quicken fixed?

    Fidelity HAS NOT bought Quicken.  Why would you believe such?
    What's wrong with your interface?
    And, what Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
