Holdings do not match Quicken vs Financial Institution

Occasionally after an update in which one or more transactions has been downloaded in an account, a window appears telling me that my holdings do not match. I know how this happens - a transaction is incorrectly downloaded or incorrectly applied, and usually results in Quicken having more shares in the account.
However, I cannot do anything until I dismiss the window. Since I would like to compare Quicken's transactions to my FI and fix these myself, is there any way to get the holdings mismatch list back again? Otherwise I have to wait until the next time there is a transaction waiting to be downloaded because the holdings comparison is [apparently] only made during an update in which there is an accompanying transaction.

You might want to try: Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Reconcile Shares. If there is a shares mismatch this should identify it/them.
