Long time Quicken customer.... tried to get into my accounts after not being in... repeated cc-503 error... looking at discussions a VERY WELL-KNOWN issue and not resolved going back to December. Credentials ARE correct. This is a QUICKEN error as I am fully able to access my accounts directly. NOT pleased! Expensive product to pay for this....

And PS... Yes, I've looked at all the threads, followed all the suggestions, Quicken has a problem they are not addressing....

Peoples Bank (www.peoples.com) - pws are valid and work on online bank account - no saved passwords on quicken - set up a new account - still cannot access bank. This is an ongoing issue - from posts on this forum - going back pre-Christmas.....

What is the FULL name of your bank as shown in the the Financial Institution column of TOOLS, Account List?

There are multiple banks that use the "www.peoples.com" URL and multiple that are known as "Peoples Bank" ... so I can't look them up.

People's Bank - CT... all of them are the same bank and the use the www.peoples.com URL.

There's no such listing, in Q as "People's Bank - CT". Do you mean "People's United Bank - CT"? The EXACT name is critical here. I tried to add "People's Bank", without the CT to my Q file ... and no listing such as you claim appeared.
