Not able now to download from Chase Bank to Quicken

According to another thread this was a change in the web browsers, not Quicken, which has no control over if a QFX file is opened directly in the web browser or not.
EDIT I just tried it on Windows 10 and MS Edge, and I could open it in my web browser, and it imports into Quicken. From what I understand from the other thread though, this have been changed on Windows 11.

Why not? What happens? Any error codes or messages? What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product? Do HELP, About Quicken for that info.

Ver Re39.23 build 27.1.39.23 Starting a couple days ago downloads from Chase will not automatically download to Quicken. Instead it downloads a .qfx file which will then open in Quicken. This is ok but I miss the ability to automatically open the download in Quicken.0

Yes...that seems to be the problem/solution. I am a Firefox user and when I tried Edge it seems to work for me. I do not have any new transactions but when I click 'open file' it does open Quicken ok. Thanks.0

I should have added that this is Win 10. Don't know about Win 11. I tried updating to Win 11 and it tells my computer does not support secure boot, which it does. Tried everything with no luck.0

For Firefox you should check that it is setup to open Quicken for QFX files:

Tried everything with no luck.Hi @chillwisc ,What in is telling you, is that your Computer's Motherboard, must only support Secure Boot, Computer BIOS, can't support both types of boot. Secure Boot will only work with GPT Formatted Disks and not MBR Formatted Disks. For me, I am only using MBR Formatted Disks, because I can use Visual BCD Editor with MBR Disks. Visual BCD Editor does not work with GPT Disks.

I am having the same issue but I'm not sure what this has to do with my web browser. I'm trying to update my transactions directly in Quicken but Chase hasn't updated in 3 days. It keeps asking me for a code which I provide but then continues to ask again and again but my account is never updated in Quicken.0

Even though I have Chase, I can’t really help you with that problem because I use Direct Connect which is much more reliable (no sending codes). But I don’t know if one has to pay for it or not. I don’t for sure because I have accounts with them that they wave such fees.Signature:
