What does this mean? Does this mean Quicken will not respond? If so, why?

    It means that a part of your message, that was removed, was a solicitation for a competing product.  And such advertising isn't permitted on this Quicken-supported website.
    Ford doesn't allow Chevrolet advertising on their website either.
