Adding New Account - Get cc-502 error

I'm trying to add a new account to Quicken (latest version) and get the cc-502 error.

    What Financial Institution?  And what type of account at that FI?
    And please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the actual BUILD ... not just "latest version"
