Is it possible to change loan payment information?

I have a loan that was recently re-amortized by the bank (monthly loan payment amount was lowered). I can't find a way to make that change to the loan in Quicken. I can change the total payment due, but the principal and interest values are wrong. If I add extra principal, it changes the total payment amount. Am I doing something wrong or can this not be done?

IF the payment amount was lowered, what else changed? The rate? Any escrow payments?

As a total aside, does CA mean California? I used to live in SF, CA.
