Account Update/Sync Completed... Nothing Downloaded!

Since the QW27.1.39.23 update, I have tried multiple times to run the account updates.
The process is completed, but there is nothing downloaded. Nothing has changed.
Not sure if this is related to the issue @Quicken Anja posted about in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7901894/ongoing-3-30-22-wells-fargo-bank-advisors-update-completes-but-nothing-downloads#latest

This is for EVERY ACCOUNT in Quicken:
Capital One
Merrick Bank
Discover
Bellco CU
