Quicken Bill Manager Problems [Edited]

Is anyone else having issues with Bill Manager? It works one day and unless I sign out and sign back in with my Quicken ID, it doesn't work the next day.

Has to be on their end.

    I am having the same problem. Bill Manager Check works for a few days then suddenly displays an error message when I enter a payment. It says close Quicken and reopen. Did that twice and it didn't work so I disabled my bank account and re-enabled it. This is the second time in a month I have had to do this. It is a huge pain because they need to re verify the account by sending two small deposits which takes several days. I have been using Bill Manager since it was introduced with no issues, this problem has started in the last couple of months. How do I fix it permanently?
