Multiple ledger issue - entering bills goes to wrong ledger

Suntrust is now Truist and when I enter bills it automatically goes to the old SunTrust ledger. When the switch was made, a new ledger started for Truist.

When you say that you "enter bills" are you meaning you are entering Bill Reminders?If so, when you set up the new Truist account in Quicken, did you also change those Bill Reminders to show they are now for the new Truist account instead of the old SunTrust account?If this is not causing the issue for you, would you please provide more detail about what you mean by "enter bills" and the process you follow in doing that?
