Citibank credit card not updating

The account is active. There is no update on the account for the past week.
I used Quicken to reset it, but that did not change anything. Password was not changed.

Is there a server issue? Is there a Citibank issue in general, with banking too ?

    For what it is worth, I'm having no problem with my Costco Citi Visa credit card.  But note I'm using Direct Connect, not the error prone Express Web Connect.  If you use Citibank as the financial institution, you only get Express Web Connect.  If you use Citi Cards, you can go into the Advanced Options and select Direct Connect.  Direct Connect is free with Citi Cards.
