Problem with Loan Reminder when Adding Loan Account

When I try to add a Loan account, a Quicken window indicates "Quicken will add a Loan Reminder for this account." When I click next, a second "Loan Reminder" window opens. When I then click on "Done", it toggle back to the first window and then goes round and round, never letting me complete the Loan setup.

Help > Report a problem...
Your post is the nineteenth discussion on this topic since December 2019 that I am aware of. We've been informed that all of the data files Quicken has received thus far with this issue have been resolved by performing the
Copy and Validate
.
