simply put won't open (Q Mac)

I don’t get a message or anything it just won’t open i try moving the quicken file to desktop and main hard drive but nothing help please

    How, specifically, are you trying to launch Quicken? Are you clicking something in the Dock? Does it icon look like this: (an alias of the application)
    or this?  (an alias of a data file)
     
    What version of Quicken do you have? (Go to the Applications folder, locate the Quicken app, click on it once, and do File > Get Info. The version will be in the box which opens:


    And what version of macOS are you running?

    If you double-click the data file, does anything happen? If you double-click on the application icon in the Applications folder, does anything happen?
