Citi Bank - Costco Visa

I know this has been posted and closed in the past, but the continued issues between Quicken and Citi Bank are just getting ridiculous. It is so hit and miss when you can download transactions. I'm so tired of this ongoing saga. Will anyone at Quicken step up and actually get this fixed??

You may be able to setup the Citi Bank - Costco Visa account to use the Direct Connect connection method with Citi Cards as the financial institution.
