I am getting CC-601 (and other errors) at Discover Card

I am getting CC-601 (and other errors) at Discover Card and cannot download transactions. I see them fine when I login to my non-Quicken account. Quicken Deluxe R40.13 Windows

    If you have not already done so, you might want to read the following Support Article:  https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-cc-601
    If this has been happening for a while it may require you to contact Quicken Support to get it resolved.  But before doing that I would suggest that you try doing the following first:
    • Update Now (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now).
    • If that doesn't work, Reset Account (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Reset Account).
