Johnson Financial Group and Bank Bill Pay through Quicken

I am unable to use Bank Bill Pay in Quicken. Quicken says that JFG needs a Direct Connect instead of Express Web Connect.

Is anyone else having (or previously had) the same issue where they are unable to use the Bank Bill Pay in Quicken on a JFG account?

The is NOT the "Quicken Bill Manager" that Quicken offers. I am talking about the Bank Bill Pay option that I have had with other banks where I can generate an online payment in Quicken. Then that info is transmitted to the JFG computer and they assign a check number or confirmation number and make the payment (electronic or check).

    Johnson Financial Group does not support the ability to use their bill payment services from within Quicken.  I suggest you contact the financial institution.
