US Bank Suddenly won't download

I get a message that asks if I have closed the accounts. It has been going on 2 days. I tried to reset, but it still didn't work.

    Please do TOOLS, Account list.  What does it show in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to your USB accounts.
    Because I'm running "PFM - Direct Connect" (which costs $3.95/month for ALL my USB accounts) and haven't had any problems.
