US Bank Suddenly won't download

I get a message that asks if I have closed the accounts. It has been going on 2 days. I tried to reset, but it still didn't work.

Please do TOOLS, Account list. What does it show in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to your USB accounts.Because I'm running "PFM - Direct Connect" (which costs $3.95/month for ALL my USB accounts) and haven't had any problems.
