Morgan Stanley Stock Plan not downloading

I've successfully authenticated to Morgan Stanley Stock Plan and my account details came over, but no actual securities have been downloaded into Quicken. In fact, it says "This portfolio has no securities or cash", which quite clearly shows on the website.

I'm logging into my "Accenture Employee Stock Purchase Plan - 28B", which matches the website.

    When I Googled "Accenture Employee Stock Purchase Plan - 28B"  (with and without that -28B suffix), I came up with nothing found.
    Can you provide the actual URL to that site?
