Making a Copy "Enter a valid file name"

I am having to restart my complete file ::fingers crossed that it works:: and when I go to file Copy or Backup file, even when leaving it as it comes up on it's own, I keep getting the "Enter a valid file name" error so I can't make the copy.

What are you trying to use for the file's name?Keep it short like qdata.qdf or current.qdf. Don't have spaces in it and no special characters.
