Can Not Create Anymore Datasets

I just moved Quicken over to my new laptop. I understand why I get the subscription expired message but now I am getting a you are unable to create new datasets. I use Quicken for two things. A check register and a budget. I don't need or want a subscription. Will I still be able to use quicken with this new dataset error popping up?
