Pay, Quick Pay, Schedule issue

I just tried to schedule a payment to be sent on 5/20/22.
It will NOT schedule. It is demanding today's date.
I looked at my entries carefully and cannot see what may be wrong/different. This has never been an issue for me.

This is from the register, manual entry, not through the Bill manager (It has never worked correctly for me).

Suggestions for what to look for...

    If you haven't already, I suggest you confirm you have the ability to schedule the payment on the online biller's web site's payment portal.
