What is going on with downloads? [Edited]

I have been using Quicken for nearly 20 years. Over the past few months, it has been like pulling teeth to download transactions--mainly from my Schwab accounts but from other institutions as well. The "advice" from Customer Support (curiously closed as I write this) is always to deactivate/reactivate or reset accounts. [Removed - No Soliciting]

Your post was edited by a Moderator since this is a Quicken forum and Quicken does not permit soliciting information regarding competitor products (it's part of the terms and conditions we agreed to when we signed up for Community).
