Credit Score: Credit Card Usage includes mortgage
Waldo2020
Anyone know how we can propose to Quicken to change the language they use when pulling in the Equifax data? They currently title "Credit Accounts" from Equifax as "Credit Card Usage" which isn't right. The "Credit Accounts" from Equifax includes Revolving (aka credit cards), Mortgage, Installment (ie car loans) and Other. To title the section "Credit Card Usage" is just not right. The math Quicken uses to create the "score" is corrupted and the help section is totally bogus given that the Mortgage is in included here. Unless you are close to paying off your mortgage, I doubt you can keep your ratio to below 30%.
